Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using Propveo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Propveo (the "Company").

2. The Service

Propveo is a property-management software-as-a-service product. We provide tools to manage properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, scheduling, and billing. We do not provide property management services ourselves and are not a party to any rental or service agreement between you and your tenants, vendors, or owners.

3. Accounts

You must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate the Service. We will not sell Customer Data. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details on processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe third-party rights; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent; (f) use the Service to harass tenants, owners, or staff.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (Supabase, Vercel, Google Maps, Stripe, Anthropic, WhatsApp/Meta, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or data handling.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uptime or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Upon termination you can export your data for 30 days; thereafter we may delete it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
